Ingredients
  

  • 100 grams (3.25 ounces) of silken tofu
  • 125 ml (½ cup) soy milk or other plant milk or dairy
  • 50 grams (1.76 ounces, ½ small) ripe banana
  • 1 level tablespoon of cocoa powder or to taste
  • 28 grams (1 ounce) walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup or your sweetener of choice, add to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add the tofu, milk, banana, cocoa powder, walnuts, vanilla, and maple syrup into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Taste for flavor and blend in more sweetener or milk if necessary to get your desired taste and consistency. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
