- 125 ml (½ cup) soy milk or other plant milk or dairy
- 60 ml (¼ cup) orange juice
- 50 grams (1.76 ounces, ½ small) ripe banana
- 90 grams (3.3 ounces, ¾ cup) frozen mango
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or your sweetener of choice
- ⅛ teaspoon turmeric powder optional
